The Dark Side of Shugborough

I think, everyone who have visited Shugborough Hall with the sole purpose to see the famous Shepherds Monument, ended up a bit disappointed about it's unclean, neglected state. It has never changed for more than 10 years of my Shugborough research, and it was like that probably years before that.
It is a Grade II listed monument and it should be treated appropriately according to the British law. But it's not. Why?
My guess is that it is done on purpose, so the people would not be able to see many things on Monument or confuse them with dirt or something else.
Just have a look here to see what I mean

As you can see, there is a triangular shape stain on the marble, but it does not look natural because there are few different pieces of marble involved here and the stain sharply ends up just above the OUOSVAVV letters.
If it is not natural, then it is artificially made. Most probably the stain was left by a fluid and that would explain how it appears on different pieces of Monument.
Now if you have look at the top of that triangular stain, you will see this:

And, yes, those black dots are really holes. I've seen them during one of my many visits there and was left really puzzled. Interestingly enough, I've never heard or read about them anywhere before and after seeing them for myself.
So all of that, the weird stain and the holes, turns all familiar to us Shepherds Monument into a fountain. SECRET FOUNTAIN, since no mention about it anywhere.

Now having that, there is another important question that naturally comes in to the head. What is that substance which was used in the fountain and left stains on the marble surface.
Personally I think that the Fountain has the occult/masonic nature. Here is some proof, the discovery I've made about twelve years ago.

I have applied mirror to the Monument, because it is a mirrored copy of the painting 'Shepherds of Arcadia' by Poussin. The horned demon head, possibly Asmodeus due to it's three faces, inside of masonic Square and Compass symbol.
The other thing is Thomas Anson's association with Francis Dashwood, the founder of the one of Hellfire clubs. I am not going to go into the details of what that club was about, but the defenders of libertine movement would say it was all about 'inner freedom' in doing what they want, for that was their motto.
Personally I think, the answer to the question of what was the substance used in the Secret Fountain is - Thomas Anson went way too far in 'doing what he wished' and used real blood and sacrifices in his sick rituals, which are quite common for black occult practices. Obviously it is a very speculative conclusion, but it can be proved or disproved by simply taking samples of the stained marble. After all It can appear that Shugborough Hall is a real crime scene and not some sort of 'Arcadian paradise' in real life, where nowadays weddings and other celebrations are taking place. Just have a look at this one

Here is another reason why a proper investigation should take place by authorities. What is it? To me, it looks like a bullet hit the marble, with a dark stain around it. Very speculative indeed, but yet again can be proved or disproved at the very place by taking samples and doing some forensic tests.
In the conclusion I would like to say something in general about DM code itself, if there is one at all. I think that cracking the code has no success at this point, because the monument/fountain is incomplete right now. There are certainly missing parts/attachments to the monument, and therefore without witnessing the whole thing it is almost impossible to find out what those letters are there for.
